Furthermore, we would like to implement the following quality policy to provide service and satisfaction to the customer by having speed and globalization in our vision.

Key Features

Spend sufficient time in specification study and prepare efficient design for the project and document the same. Here, we consider the possible changes in the requirements of the project in the future. We are flexible and are quite used to the changes / additions to the specifications at any point of time during the life cycle of the project.
Conduct regular design reviews & source code reviews.
Prepare Unit Test and Integration Test specifications by considering all the possible test cases; get the approval from the client and test according to them.
Prepare simulation environment for testing if the situation demands.
Follow the coding rules without fail, including induction of suitable comments to ensure easy readability of the code.
Make use of MSDN, Internet and other journals for problem solving.
Allocate dedicated person/(s) for a project team whose main work is to implement testing.
Maintain proper communication with the client and document the same throughout the SDLC as a history, so that one can refer to them at any time.
