This model involves deputation of suitable resources from Nichi-In to work at the customers’ location or any location as required by the customer. It can be individuals or a team of resources for a particular duration. The customer shall pay an hourly/monthly rate which is agreed upon at the time of signing of the contract. In this case, apart from the hourly/monthly fee for the resources, the customer would take care of return airfare, transportation expenses in India/ Country of work, visa charges, insurance charges, daily allowance and accommodation.
